Orca Pools WA (ABN: 14 185 481 874) provides pool equipment sales, installation, and pool maintenance services ("Services"). All quotes are valid for 30 days.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Maintenance plan pricing is as quoted. "Essential Care" ($95) requires the client to supply all chemicals. "Premium Care" ($110) includes all standard balancing chemicals; specialty treatments (e.g., algaecides, phosphate removers) may cost extra.
Payment for services is due upon receipt of invoice.
We require 24-hour notice for any maintenance service cancellation. A cancellation fee of $40 may be charged for late cancellations or if we cannot access the property.
Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
All new equipment is covered by its respective manufacturer's warranty. We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all our installation services.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
